North Star Electric LLC is looking for a Lead Electrician – Field Manager to oversee multi-family residential electrical projects across the Southeast. This role is perfect for a skilled electrician who wants to step into leadership, grow their career, and work on exciting large-scale projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Manage electrical installation crews for multi-family residential projects.
• Oversee Quality & Safety, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and project timelines.
• Act as the On-Site Contact between field teams, project managers, and customers.
• Train & Mentor junior electricians, building a strong and skilled workforce.
• Diagnose & Troubleshoot electrical issues, solving problems efficiently.
• Ensure Materials & Equipment are managed effectively for smooth job site operations.
• Travel Across the Southeast to various project locations (company vehicle provided).

What We’re Looking For:

Experienced Electrician – Multi-family experience preferred.
Strong Leadership Skills – Ability to manage and guide installation crews.
Knowledge of Electrical Codes & Blueprints – NEC expertise required.
Problem-Solver & Detail-Oriented – Quick thinking and precision matter.
Professional & Reliable – Strong work ethic, communication, and teamwork.
Willingness to Travel – Frequent travel to project sites with a company vehicle provided.
