Position Overview:
InstaTrainMe is looking for a proactive, persuasive, and driven Lead Generation & Sales Conversion Specialist to join our fast-growing team. In this role, youll be responsible for identifying potential customers, nurturing leads, and converting them into active users of our platform. Your ability to understand customer needs and communicate value will be essential to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Conversion:

    • Identify and engage potential leads through calls, emails, and other digital channels.
    • Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying customers by showcasing the value of InstaTrainMe.
    • Consistently meet or exceed monthly conversion targets.

Collaboration:

    • Partner with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
    • Share market and customer feedback to help optimize user experience and offerings.

CRM & Reporting:

    • Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
    • Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar customer-facing role.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
    • Comfortable using CRM tools and digital outreach platforms.
    • Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
