We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy team player to support our sales and marketing efforts. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving growth by ensuring our lead data is accurate, organized, and actionable. Responsibilities:- The primary responsibilities of this role will be to identify, qualify, and update accurate contact information for our leads, using databases we subscribe to, as well as Google
- Top candidates will read prior notes and leave short but detailed updates
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach materials and develop current lead generation strategies
- You’ll utilize Microsoft Office and online tools efficiently to complete daily tasks
- Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
- Good notetaking & documentation skills
- Comfortable navigating spreadsheets, online databases, and internet research
- Excellent written communication skills: creative writing or presentation abilities are a plus
- Prior experience with CRM or marketing tools is a bonus (not required)
- Pursuing or recently completed an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
