Lead HVAC Installation Technician at J&M A/C & Refrigeration, LLC

*J&M A/C & Refrigeration, LLC* has an immediate opening for a full-time Lead HVAC Installation Technician /Foreman. J&M is a locally owned and operated business located near Benton, KY. We specialize in both Residential and Commercial Heating and Cooling as well as Commercial Refrigeration and Restaurant Equipment Repair. We are currently looking for qualified individuals to join our team of HVAC Technicians and Installers.*Requirements:*Applicant must possess a strong working knowledge of HVAC installation code requirements, systems, equipment, and techniques. A working knowledge of sheet metal fabrication is required. Applicant must be able to bend, lift, climb ladders, crawl under houses, and work in attics. Good communication skills and the ability to lead a team are necessary for this supervisory position. Depending on the season, work will be done in both hot and cold conditions. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Applicant must be willing to submit to a background check.*Responsibilities:** Measure accurately and build ductwork for existing units and new installs* Install ductwork and units in accordance with code requirements* Lead installation helpers in the installation process* Assist with job estimation and planning of both commercial and residential projects* Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations*Compensation:*J&M offers a competitive compensation plan. The pay rate for this position is $25.00/hour-$35.00/hour dependent upon experience.
