Lead Impl Specialist at Burgess Information Systems, Inc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):

• Help to lead the team to successful client implementations
• Preform new group Implementations
• Coordinate and conduct client meetings
• Manage multiple timelines to track implementation team deliverables
• Review team processes and look for ways to streamline.
• Work with the manager to implement new concepts and document processes.
• Manage or coordinate formulary reviews for a new implementation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for the department and clients.
• Guide and train team members as needed.
• Help prioritize workload for the team as needed.
• Assist in prospective employee interviews and provide input.
• Participate in new and reoccuring employee training.
• Potentially provide input for staff annual and 90 day reviews.
• Travel to client locations for new implementation meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS (include but are not limited to):

• 1-2 years of healthcare experience a plus.
• Previous experience leading a team a plus but not required
• Highly organized and motivated, with great attention to detail.
• Ability to exercise logical and critical thinking in problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and on a team.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced environment.
• A passion for learning and technology.
