Now Hiring: Line Cook, Grill Master, and Pastry Chef

We are a fire-focused, ingredient-driven restaurant seeking passionate and experienced culinary professionals to join our team. Our concept is centered around cooking over open fire, with a commitment to sourcing the highest-quality ingredients from local farmers. Every member of our team plays a vital role in creating a unique and memorable dining experience.

Open Roles:

  • Line Cook (Evenings) – Organized and efficient, capable of managing and leading our line cooks during service, possibly running BOH expo.

  • Grill Master (Evening Service) – Skilled in working the grill with precision and consistency during dinner service.

  • Sous Chef (Evening plating & BOH Expo)– Highly experienced, with the opportunity to grow into a salaried position.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of professional kitchen experience.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to lead by example.

  • Dedication to quality, consistency, and creative execution.

  • A team-oriented mindset with a passion for fire-driven cooking.
