Solid experience with sauté, grill, and expo.

Responsibilities:
Lead by example during service; uphold Avo’s standards for flavor and presentation.
Assist in training and mentoring new cooks.
Work closely with the chef team to execute seasonal menu changes.
Maintain prep systems, product rotation, and daily cleanliness.
