Responsibilities
Lead the line during service, keeping communication smooth and timing on point
Assist in training and supporting line and prep cooks
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards
Help with prep work, inventory, and daily station setup
Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a line cook or lead cook
Strong cooking and multitasking skills
Ability to lead and motivate others under pressure
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays during the season
