Lead Server at Cornerstone: Bistro & Artisanal Market

Cornerstone Bistro is looking for an experienced Lead Server/Assistant Wine Director.  This is the perfect opportunity to develop and grow your career as an industry professional or sommelier. We have a 1,000+ bottle award wining wine list and are looking for someone who is interested in mastering our list and and perfecting their skills at pairing wines with food.

As an intimate chef owned restaurant, you will become an integral part of our success. As a key member of the hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests as well as assist in curating our wine selection. Qualifications:

• Experience in a sommelier or beverage-focused role within a high-caliber restaurant setting
• Deep knowledge of wine regions, varietals, and styles, with a solid grasp of spirits, classic cocktails, and beer
• Experience managing inventory, cellar organization, and support wine list development

• Environment: Fast-paced, requiring flexibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. May require working evenings and weekends based on event schedules.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry heavy items, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks associated with event setup and breakdown.
