Express Employment has partnered with a local property management company to hire a Leasing Agent. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in building a career in real estate or property management.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Scheduling and conducting property showings with prospective tenants
- Processing rental applications accurately and efficiently
- Assisting with marketing efforts to attract renters
- Coordinating smooth move-ins for new tenants
- Performing property/unit inspections to maintain quality standards
- Supporting the office team with administrative tasks
What We're Looking For:
- Sales, leasing, or customer service experience preferred (willing to train the right person)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Schedule & Pay:
- $17-$19/hr, depending on experience
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM
- Occasional evenings and weekends by appointment
