Description
The Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University invites applications for one full-time (nine month), non-tenure track position. The preferred candidate is expected to be hired at the rank of Lecturer. The compensation package is competitive and includes benefits. The position is term-limited and renewable annually based on performance and availability of funding.Job duties include teaching four (4) in-person courses each semester (fall and spring) at the undergraduate level. Primary teaching needs include Business Ethics (BUS 3010), but the selected applicant may also be asked to teach other courses based on areas of expertise and the needs of the college. Faculty members are also expected to make service contributions to the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business and Clemson University. The preferred start date is January 1, 2026.

Clemson University is currently ranked 30th among national public universities (U.S. News & World Report) and is designated as a Carnegie R1 research university. Clemson is a college town nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, located on the I-85 corridor between Atlanta and Charlotte and is 30 miles outside of Greenville, SC. Greenville has recently been named as a "Top-10 Fastest Growing U.S. City [#4]" (CNN), "Most Fun, Affordable Cities [#5]" (Bloomberg BusinessWeek), and "Best City for Young Adults [#13]" (Forbes).
Qualifications
Applicant must have an MBA or master's degree in business or a closely related field. Preference will be given to candidates with applicable industry experience or comparable teaching experience. Competitive applicants will have a record of excellence in teaching ethics.
