The Department of Business Management at NC State University invites applications for the part-time, Non-Tenure Track Faculty Lecturer position in Operations & Supply Chain Management. These positions are for one semester or one year and may be renewable. Applications will be kept on file for a year, should openings arise in later semesters.
Successful candidates will teach 1-3 courses in the Operations & Supply Chain Management concentration for the BSBA program and/or the Supply Chain Management concentration in the MBA program. Courses may be taught on the main Raleigh campus or online and potentially through summer or study abroad programs.
Specific hiring needs for the academic year are to be determined but may include operations modeling, supply management, logistics, supply chain analytics, decision analytics, or operations strategy.
- Contributing member of the department, College, and University.
 
- Requires a master’s degree or an equivalent degree in Operations Management, Operations Research, or Industrial Engineering or with a concentration in Operations Management, Operations Research, or Industrial Engineering.
 
- Excellent teaching ability.
 - A commitment to the success of our students and programs.
 
- Doctoral degree or equivalent in the appropriate field.
 - Experience teaching at the college level.
