YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A LEGAL OFFICE ASSISTANT - FRONT DESK COORDINATOR

This is a part-time IN OFFICE POSITION and must be within 20 mins of York, PA. The work schedule runs Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the exception of Fridays when we close early at 2 PM.

As our part-time Legal Office Assistant - Front Desk Coordinator, you'll welcome clients, manage calls, and organize calendars. Your responsibilities include scheduling appointments, processing legal documents, handling mail, and maintaining files to ensure smooth office operations. Occasionally, you'll assist with courthouse filings and courier services, playing a vital role in keeping everything on track.
