The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is looking for a dedicated Legal Intake Specialist to join our legal team as the first point of contact for incoming legal complaints and inquiries. In this highly visible and trusted role, you’ll be the front line in triaging sensitive issues, helping safeguard the company’s compliance, and supporting both employees and legal counsel. What You'll Do: Receive, log, and triage all complaints, including sensitive reports of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Lead fair and neutral preliminary interviews to collect key information without offering legal advice. Route each matter to the appropriate internal department (e.g., Payroll, Benefits) or escalate to Employment Counsel as needed. Maintain a detailed and centralized intake log, provide timely follow-ups, and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate. Assist in developing and refining standardized investigation workflows, templates, and intake forms. Help coordinate litigation holds and track ongoing investigations or matters. Serve as a confidential liaison between the legal department and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear, discreet, and professional communication every step of the way. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Public Administration, or a related field. At least 4 years of hands-on experience in legal intake, case management, or HR investigations. Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities with a talent for handling sensitive topics with discretion. Familiarity with case management systems or legal intake tools is preferred. Able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain meticulous records.
