Position Title: Northern California Offices Administrator
Location: Oakland, CA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
Schedule: 7.5-hour workday, consistent in-office days based on business needs

We are partnering with a well-established and growing law firm seeking a Northern California Offices Administrator to oversee operations across multiple offices in the region, including Oakland, San Francisco, San Jose, and San Rafael. This is a key leadership role managing administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage administrative staff across four Northern California offices

  • Coordinate daily secretarial coverage and workload distribution

  • Oversee office operations, including facilities, equipment, supplies, and vendor coordination

  • Manage conference room scheduling, catering, and event logistics

  • Support attorney teams with administrative needs and office space planning

  • Promote consistency and adherence to firmwide policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 5–8+ years of progressive management experience in a legal or professional services environment

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to travel regularly between offices

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal administrative tools

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Pay Details: $155,000.00 to $215,000.00 per year
