Position Title: Northern California Offices Administrator
Location: Oakland, CA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
Schedule: 7.5-hour workday, consistent in-office days based on business needs
We are partnering with a well-established and growing law firm seeking a Northern California Offices Administrator to oversee operations across multiple offices in the region, including Oakland, San Francisco, San Jose, and San Rafael. This is a key leadership role managing administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage administrative staff across four Northern California offices
Coordinate daily secretarial coverage and workload distribution
Oversee office operations, including facilities, equipment, supplies, and vendor coordination
Manage conference room scheduling, catering, and event logistics
Support attorney teams with administrative needs and office space planning
Promote consistency and adherence to firmwide policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
5–8+ years of progressive management experience in a legal or professional services environment
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel regularly between offices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal administrative tools
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
