PrimaryResponsibilities

• Travel from your residence to company-generated,pre-qualified homeowner appointments

• Conduct engaging in-home presentations andproduct demonstrations

• Present custom quotes and guide homeowners to same-daydecisions

• Follow avalue-based sales process rooted in honesty and integrity

• Attend ongoing training and regularsales meetings

• Performother duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license(required)

• Willing totravel up to 2 hours for daily appointments (required)

• Ability to lift/carry 20–60 lbs. ofsample materials (required)

• Comfortable using iPad-based applications(required)

• No previousoutside sales experience required

• Willingness to learn a structured, proven salessystem

• Strong desire andability to close sales

Compensation

• $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUSfor licensed sales reps

• Uncapped, commission-only compensation—currentreps earn $80,000–$220,000+

• Performance-based bonusopportunities
