Position: Licensed ACA Insurance Agent

Location: Deerfield Beach, FL

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Enroll customers into low or no-cost insurance plans through HealthSherpa

• Follow a strict call script and ensure full compliance with Affordable Care Act (ACA) regulations

• Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all communications

• Handle calls efficiently while delivering a high level of customer service

• Follow up with clients as necessary to complete applications

• Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in health insurance enrollment

Requirements:

• Active 215 or 240 Florida insurance license

• Computer proficiency and ability to work within web-based platforms

• Punctual and professional work ethic

• Compliant with ACA regulations and enrollment protocols

• Ability to stick to the script and follow procedures precisely

• No prior experience, state licensing per territory, or FFM certification required

Compensation & Growth:

Option 1: $20/hr base + $5 per enrollment

Option 2: Straight commission $20–$30 per member enrolled

$500/week paid training starting October 1 through October 31

• Huge performance-based bonuses – over $50,000 in rewards to be distributed
