Licensed Journeyman Electrician - *Solar Experience Preferred* at Bridger Renewables

If you're passionate about clean energy and want to be part of a company that values expertise, integrity, and innovation, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:* Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical components of solar PV systems.* Ensure all electrical work meets NEC, state, and local codes.* Collaborate with project managers and installers to complete projects safely and efficiently.* Perform system commissioning, testing, and inspections.* Diagnose and repair electrical issues in new and existing solar PV systems.* Train and mentor apprentices as needed.* Maintain a safe and organized job site.Qualifications:* Must have a valid Montana Journeyman Electrician License.* Solar installation experience preferred will train if needed (residential and/or commercial).* Strong understanding of NEC codes and electrical safety practices.* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documents.* Experience with conduit bending, wire pulling, and panel terminations.* Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on roofs/ladders.* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Preferred Skills:* NABCEP Certification (or willingness to obtain).* Experience with battery storage systems.* Familiarity with solar monitoring platforms.* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.What We Offer:* Competitive pay, based on experience.* Paid time off and holidays.* Professional development and training opportunities.* A positive, team-oriented work environment.How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume to indeed email We look forward to building a brighter future with you!Bridger Renewables is an equal opportunity employer.
