Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About Our Client

Our client is a dynamic and client-focused insurance agency specializing in final expense life insurance and ancillary coverage. Known for its supportive environment, daily lead flow, and hands-on management team, the agency provides the tools and structure agents need to thrive. Key Responsibilities:

• Present and sell final expense life insurance products to pre-qualified leads

• Conduct needs assessments and guide clients through suitable coverage options

• Complete and submit applications through to policy approval

• Follow up with clients and maintain strong, ongoing relationships

• Educate policyholders on benefit details and claims processes

• Maintain compliance with all carrier and state regulations

• Meet weekly production goals with support from the in-house team

Requirements:

• Active Florida 2-15 or 2-14 Life Insurance License

• Previous experience in life insurance or final expense sales preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and follow a proven sales process

• Reliable transportation and availability for in-person appointments

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Compensation & Growth:

• Base salary of $600/week ($31,200 annually)

• Weekly commissions based on approved policies:

• Tier 1: 85% of the first month’s premium

• Tier 2: 100% for total premiums exceeding $5,000

• Tier 3: 125% for total premiums exceeding $15,000

• Tier 4: 150% for total premiums exceeding $25,000

• $50 for each approved ancillary or add-on policy

• Uncapped earning potential with weekly payroll
