If you've got a knack for spotting turf issues, know your way around herbicides and fertilizers, and enjoy working outside (yes, even in that spicy Texas sun), then keep reading.*What you'll be doing:*You'll be the go-to for making sure our properties stay healthy, green, and pest-free. You'll manage all things chemical—herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers—and make sure everything's applied safely, effectively, and by the book. You'll also help keep your crew and equipment safe, sharp, and compliant.Yes, it's outdoorsy. You'll get hot. You might get dusty. But if you love this kind of work, you already know—it's worth it.*What we're looking for:** You know your weeds from your turf diseases* You've got experience maintaining and using spray equipment* You care about safety and follow the rules* You can keep accurate records and stay organized* You use good judgment when spraying (wind, people, pets—you get it)* You take pride in doing things right and working hard*What you *_*need*_ *to have:** Valid ID and eligibility to work in the U.S. (we use E-Verify)* A clean, valid driver's license* TDA Commercial Applicator License (required)* A strong work ethic and team-first attitude* Ability to pass a drug test* A love for the great outdoors—even when it's 100+ out*What you'll get in return:** Full-time work (as long as the weather plays nice)* Competitive pay: *$20-$22/hr** Medical, dental, and vision insurance* Workers' comp coverage* Ongoing training and growth opportunities* Company-paid safety training* A shot at moving up—crew leader and beyond* The chance to work on some of the most beautiful commercial properties in Central Texas*Think this could be a match?*We hope so.
