Joya Sagrada Family Therapy (JSFT) is a woman- and veteran-owned professional corporation based in Atascadero, California, offering individual, couple, and family psychotherapy in-person and statewide via telehealth.

This position represents the first therapist role in JSFT’s expansion into a group practice—a rare opportunity to join at the foundation and help shape the systems, culture, and clinical identity of a growing organization housed in a beautifully furnished office within a high-end professional building in central Atascadero.
What You’ll Do
Provide psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families (in-person & telehealth).
Maintain accurate documentation in SimplePractice (EHR).
Participate in supervision, consultation, and professional development.
Collaborate with practice leadership to build and sustain your caseload.
Engage in community and referral outreach aligned with your interests.

Flexible Schedule: Start part-time; grow to full-time as referrals increase.

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in California — newly licensed clinicians encouraged to apply.
Compassionate, professional, and culturally humble.
Interested in integrative and holistic approaches (mind-body, mindfulness, ecotherapy).
Comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth services.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
