About the Role:

• Seeking a Master’s Level Licensed Counselor to provide mental health treatment to children and adults in the Southern-Central Vermont area.
• Work with individuals facing various mental health disorders using assessments and therapeutic techniques.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on emotional communication, stress management, relationship healing, and community support.



Key Functions:



• Provide individual, family, and group therapy with evidence-based methods.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to tailor treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate client records and facilitate referrals.
• Participate in team planning and provide employee assistance as needed.
• Administer assessments and screenings.



Qualifications:



• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services; licensed clinician (LMHC, LICSW, etc.).
• Client-centered, empathetic, and recovery-oriented approach.
• Proficient in electronic medical records, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
