Weare actively recruiting for a passionate Licensed MentalHealth Therapist with a focus in marriage/couples and familytherapy in the greater Frisco market who can partner withus to achieve that mission.  As a Geode Health Therapist, youwill diagnose and treat mental health disorders and dopsychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental healthcareconditions. You will help people define goals, gain insights allthrough personalized committed care. You will collaborate withother healthcare professionals to provide care coordination,providing crisis intervention ifneeded.

You cancreate your own work schedule. We do need that in advance andexpect full-time hours, but you get to design when you areavailable for booking. We offer after hours urgent support to giveyou a lifestyle you deserve, too.

Hybridwork schedule.

Most of our MentalHealth Therapist work three days a week onsite and two days a weektelehealth. It is reasonable to expect you may do more in-persontime up front, while you build up your patient case load andschedule follow ups on telehealthdays.

Our MentalHealth Therapist rolerequires:

• FullyLicensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar) in the state ofTexas who enjoy providing marriage/couple/familytherapy

• Passion for highquality care

• Experienceconducting compressive assessments of clients and developingindividualized treatmentplans

• Proficiency in usingan EMR system and ensuring accurate and up to date electronichealth records for all patientencounters

• Understanding ofmental health disorders and treatmentmodalities

• Desire andability to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions. Webelieve everyone deserves access tocare
