Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Responsibilities:
- As a licensed nursing home administrator (LNHA), you will temporarily be responsible for supervising the clinical and administrative affairs for your facility.
 - You will oversee all staff and personnel.
 - You will manage the day-to-day processes that involve your facility (i.e.., financial matters, medical care, supplies).
 - You will coordinate and provide leadership to each clinical, managerial, and custodial team and ensure that they work together.
 
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Qualifications:
- Must have a valid and current LNHA in the State of Illinois.
 - A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
 - 2 years or more experience as a nursing home administrator.
 - RN or MD preferred.
 - A positive disposition and the ability to work well with others.
 - Highly developed leadership skills.
