The Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) provides behavioral health services to individuals and groups, including assessments, therapy, crisis intervention, and health coaching. Reporting to the Director of Behavioral Health, the LPCC supports program expansion, collaborates with medical staff, and offers staff trainings. Responsibilities include patient care, documentation, care coordination, education, and referral management, all while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to organizational standards.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master’s preferred), a current LPCC license in California, and 1-3 years of experience. Bilingual skills and strong communication are preferred. The position is full-time, based in Madera, CA, with a salary of $85,000-$90,000, and offers benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
