To be considered for this position, candidate MUST have:
- Independent, residential service van experience (2+ years)
- Clean criminal record
- Clean driving record
- Self-starter attitude
- Experience working with mobile dispatching and communication
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Journeyman or Residential Wireman License required
Job Responsibilities:
Electrical Expertise
- Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting and other electrical systems
- Install electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for alarm and other systems
- Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.)
- Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components
- Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them
- Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units
- Install, maintain, modify and repair all electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment
- Inspect and test components of electrical systems, including transformers, transfer switches and switch gears
- Never cut corners or do poor quality work

- Be a person of integrity and genuinely care about the customer’s needs
- Drive company vehicles in a calm, courteous manner
Communication
- Thoroughly and effectively be able to communicate with Customers, Team Members, and Management through verbal and written methods
