Job Description
This position requires the LSW to review documentation of field staff and ensure compliance with CPS, KEPRO, and SNS guidelines. This position is a remote, work from home position, with one staff meeting per month occurring in person.
Pay is commensurate with experience, education, and performance. Prior experience with DHS and courts preferred.
Clinicians may set their schedule on an individual and as needed basis.

 - Selected applicants will be required to complete an online onboarding process.
 - Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
 - Education: Have a master's degree in social work from a school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). A transcript must be submitted.
 - Licensure: Persons hired or reassigned to social worker positions must be licensed or certified by a state to independently practice social work at the master's degree level.
 
Demonstrated Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities. In addition to the experience above, candidates must demonstrate all of the following KSAs: (a) community resources, referrals to community governmental agencies for services, (b), ability to coordinate services. (c) demonstrate ability to independently conduct psychosocial assessments and treatment interventions with a wide variety of individuals from various socio-economic, cultural, ethnic, educational and other diversified backgrounds. (d) Knowledge of medical and mental health diagnoses, disabilities and treatment procedures (i.e. acute, chronic and traumatic illnesses/injuries, common medications and their effects/side effects, and medical terminology) to formulate a treatment plan. (e) Skill in independently implementing different treatment modalities in working with individuals, families, and groups who are experiencing a variety of psychiatric, medical, and social problems to achieve treatment goals. (f) Ability to provide consultation services to new social workers, social work graduate students, and other staff about the psychosocial needs of patients and the impact of psychosocial problems on health care and compliance with treatment.
Preferred Experience: Experience with supervision, outreach, community engagement, and case management services.
