Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project Management
- Proposal Development
- Development of Project Plans, Schedules, and Budgets
- Managing clients and seeking and securing work responsibilities will vary with the applicant’s level of experience.
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries.
- Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, and reports of surveys.
- Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Surveying, Geomatics or related field.
- Registered Professional Surveyor in Michigan.
- Experience in AutoCAD, Civil 3D or other drafting platform.
- Proficiency in modern surveying technology and software.
- Previous Professional Surveying experience desired, 5+ years.
- Valid driver’s license.
- General computer literacy, with working proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software.
