Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Therapist role located in Wynne, AR. The Licensed Therapist will be responsible for conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Day-to-day tasks include developing treatment plans, assessing client needs, providing crisis intervention when necessary, and maintaining complete and accurate treatment records. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, participation in case reviews, and engagement in professional development are integral to this role.

Qualifications
- Skills in counseling, evaluation, and development of individual and group therapy programs.
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and families.
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed clinical records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Ability to conduct assessments, crisis intervention, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent.
- Previous experience in mental health counseling, addiction recovery, or behavioral health is highly desirable.
- Strong ethical judgment, cultural competency, and commitment to patient-centered care.
