Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate, faith-driven Licensed Therapists to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will integrate clinical best practices with biblical truth to help individuals, couples, and families find hope and restoration.

As part of Heartland’s renewed direction, you’ll work alongside a supportive team that values prayer, collaboration, and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family counseling through a Christian worldview
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ethical standards
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and continuing education
• Support Heartland’s mission and contribute to our Christ-centered culture

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Active state licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent)
• Strong alignment with Christian faith and values
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in faith-based counseling is a plus
