Hopeful Mind Mental Health, PLLC is a compassionate and evidence-based psychiatric practice serving New Hampshire and Maine through both in-person and telehealth appointments. Founded in 2017, we specialize in providing personalized care for individuals managing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and OCD. Role Description

This role is for a Licensed Therapist (LICSW – MA/NH) with a unique opportunity to work on a part-time to full-time basis, transitioning as needed. This is a hybrid position, requiring the ability to work both on-site at our Amherst, NH location and remotely from home as determined by the schedule. Responsibilities include conducting psychotherapy sessions for individuals, families, or groups, formulating treatment plans, collaborating with other healthcare providers, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting clients’ mental health goals through compassionate and evidence-based care. Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach are key aspects of this position.


Qualifications

  • Hold an active and unrestricted LICSW license in New Hampshire or Maine, with eligibility for credentialing with insurance providers.
  • Experience in providing psychotherapy to individuals, families, or groups, and developing evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Strong documentation skills using electronic health records (EHRs) and the ability to maintain thorough, accurate, and timely client notes.
  • Effective communication and active listening skills to foster therapeutic relationships, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and engage with clients of diverse backgrounds.
  • Knowledgeable in various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, or other evidence-based practices.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills to balance client sessions, follow-ups, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in using telehealth platforms is a plus, alongside a reliable internet connection for remote work.
  • Passion for mental health care and supporting individuals in achieving positive mental health outcomes.
