- Fill a lead role in the cooperative development and implementation of individual's treatment plans
- Monday through Friday work week
- Relocation assistance available
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
- Supervisory experience and employee development skills are a plus
- LICSW license required
- Master's degree in a human services field is required
