Life & Health Insurance Manager at TEKsystems

*Description*

* Over the frontline Insurance team - Life insurance, variables, long term care and disabilities
* Managing the below:
* Work a lot of case management and sales force
* Advisor will put cases in , Meeting SLAs and getting those answered timely
* Escalations that happen ( insurance companies difficult to work with)
* Insurance for investment - its for a insurance services operations manager - Insurance experience including Life, Universal Life, Indexed Universal Life, and Variable Universal Life as well as some people management

*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
Bachelors in Finance is a plus
Frontline Management Experience ( at least 3 years of managing)
Flexibility/Adaptability
Must have active Life and Health license active in TX

Expert Level
Hybrid in Fort Worth, 3 days in office, 2 days at home
