Direct Counsel is seeking a Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory Associate to join a leading Am Law firm in Washington, D.C. This role offers the opportunity to work with a high-growth group that provides critical advice to clients across the digital health, medical device, pharmaceutical, and clinical diagnostics industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise life sciences and healthcare clients on a range of healthcare regulatory issues.
Provide compliance counseling and advocacy before government agencies (CMS, OIG, DOJ).
Counsel clients on market access and reimbursement matters, including coding, coverage, and payment.
Qualifications:
3–7 years of relevant experience in healthcare regulatory and compliance work.
Strong background working with life sciences and healthcare companies.
Excellent academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual base salary range: $260,000–$420,000, commensurate with experience, skills, and location.
