From deeply imaginative, exquisitely crafted food and cocktails to a forest of plants, purposeful decor, and a welcoming team, we’ve created a home that nurtures well-being from arrival to farewell.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for the cold line daily
• Bake, cook, and assemble dishes to order, ensuring proper temperature and presentation
• Operate kitchen equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain Alma’s standards for taste, presentation, and portioning
• Work quickly and calmly under pressure during busy service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, and servers to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of restaurant experience in an excellence-driven kitchen
• Pastry experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Reliable, optimistic team players
• High stamina—able to stay on your feet throughout service
• Full-time availability
• Spanish fluency
• Must currently reside in the U.S.
