What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years in a fast-paced kitchen as a line cook
- Skills: Proficiency in pan-roasting meats, sauteeing of vegetables, and warming of sauces, minor butchering of meats
- Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others,
- Passion: A love for cooking well, cleanliness, efficiency, accuracy in execution, and consistency
- Availability: PM availability is required
- Benefits: 40 Hours of vacation after 2 years of employment, paid sick time, 401K available
