Position Summary
We’re looking for a Brunch Line Cook to join our kitchen team for our popular weekend brunch service. The ideal candidate has strong fundamentals, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in plating dishes that are as visually stunning as they are delicious.

Responsibilities

• Execute brunch menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station

• Assist with prep and setup before service and breakdown afterward

• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times

• Work collaboratively with fellow cooks, sous chefs, and Chef Mourad’s culinary team

• Bring a positive, professional attitude to every service

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen (brunch or high-volume service a plus)

• Strong knife skills and familiarity with modern cooking techniques

• Ability to follow recipes and plating guides precisely

• Punctual, dependable, and passionate about learning

• Appreciation for Moroccan flavors and California ingredients
