Job Description

hed11 is an upscale Thai fine dining restaurant located in San Francisco's Japantown. We offer a seasonal 11-course tasting menu that blends traditional Thai flavors with modern techniques. Our restaurant was proudly recognized in the 2024 Michelin Guide.

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a passionate and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team for full-day shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The ideal candidate has prior experience in fine dining and a strong work ethic. Familiarity with Thai cuisine is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute dishes with precision and consistency

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth service

  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a fine dining or upscale kitchen

  • Ability to work full-day shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Thai cuisine experience is a plus

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
