Job Description

Our restaurant is high-end Japanese Wagyu Omakase restaurant located in Midtown near empire state building. We specialized in Japanese A5 wagyu and we're carrying whole cattle of Japanese A5 Wagyu from Japan directly. It is the very first in the states. We offer multi-course menu inspired by local and seasonal ingredients as well. All applicants must be legally able to work in the U.S and should have a strong work ethic, be a reliable team player.

  • At least 1 year of professional restaurant experience

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with efficiency and composure in a fast-paced environment

  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)

  • Knowledge of NYC health and safety protocols a plus

  • Interest in and familiarity with Asian and Korean cuisines and ingredients preferred
