We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team at our casual dining ramen restaurant. As a Ramen Cook/Line Cook, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality, authentic ramen dishes and other menu items in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared to the highest standards and served promptly to customers.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook ramen dishes and other menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of the kitchen line.
Ensure the proper storage of food and ingredients, adhering to safety and freshness guidelines.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth service.
Monitor inventory and inform the kitchen manager of any stock shortages or equipment needs.
Keep track of cooking times and presentation standards to ensure quality control.
Assist with prepping ingredients and cleaning tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary setting, preferably in ramen or Asian cuisine.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper kitchen sanitation.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
