Job Description
Recently named Best Restaurant Bar in North America, Jewel of the South is looking for someone to join our culinary team. A qualified candidate will possess no less than 2 years of experience in fine dining as well as the production of tasting menus. The ideal candidate will have also travelled extensively.

- Trotter Croquettes with Beer Mustard and Wally
- Bone Marrow Mousse, Smoked Trout Roe, “Mimosa,” Crunch Menu is ever changing and always unique to the New Orleans culinary scene.
This position is a full time. Jewel of the South is open for dinner service Wednesday through Monday.
