Job Description
Osteria Stella is a modern fine dining Italian restaurant focused on authenticity. We are looking for an individual who possesses patience, compassion, nerve, composure, and creativity. The Line Cook will execute regional Italian classics.
The Line Cook will manage and maintain the high standards our team has in place. They will work with a kitchen team from Chef to Baker to Dishwasher. This position requires a great communicator and a calm mind. This person will be enthusiastic about their job. Opportunites for upword momentum is available to all from Warewasher to Sous Chef.
Osteria Stella has been featured in Cucina Italiano, Italy's premier food and travel publication. It is also the sister restaurant to award-winning Aperitivo bar, Brother Wolf. This position will also manage and update the seasonal menu changes for Brother Wolf's bar food menu.
