Position Summary:
We’re seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for preparing menu items accurately, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, and working as part of a cohesive team to ensure consistent quality for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items, primarily pizzas and supporting dishes, to spec and in a timely manner

• Operate and maintain pizza ovens, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely

• Assist in daily prep work including dough, sauces, toppings, and specials

• Maintain high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation

• Keep station stocked, clean, and organized throughout service

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines

• Communicate effectively with other line cooks, prep cooks, and front-of-house staff

• Assist with inventory, labeling, and storage rotation (FIFO)

• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work culture

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience (pizza or high-volume preferred)

• Strong understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation procedures

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure during peak hours

• Dependable, punctual, and team-focused attitude

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• ServSafe certification necessary
