Line Cook at Proprietors Bar & Table

The Proprietors Bar & Table is a seasonal restaurant in Nantucket, MA. We are seeking line cooks for our upcoming season beginning in mid-April 2025. We operate a fast-paced, focused kitchen that draws inspiration from many different cuisines. We're seeking cooks who are willing to learn and contribute to the quality food we provide for our guests. This is an open, inclusive, team-oriented environment. Kitchen team members are all expected to work together to accomplish common goals. Line cooks are required to maintain and organize their station daily, while preparing items for their station and bulk prep items. They are expected to uphold the standards as set by their Chefs.
