Line Cook at Pubkey

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes according to our recipes and standards, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring all food is prepared safely and efficiently during service.

• Prepare and cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.

• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of station, equipment, and kitchen areas.

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service.

• Ensure food quality and consistency throughout each service.

• Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and food handling guidelines.

• Assist with receiving deliveries, stocking inventory, and rotating products.

• Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow team members during busy service periods.

• Support other kitchen staff as needed and perform other duties assigned by management.

• Proven cooking experience, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, techniques, and food safety practices.

• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency.

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

• Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Culinary training or certification is a plus but not required.

• Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
