Job Description

We’re an established Southern restaurant celebrating 10 years of excellence, consistency, live music and hospitality. Our kitchen is talented, fast-paced and respectful — the kind of place where cooks can grow, learn, and take pride in their work.

Open Positions:

  • Prep: Strong knife skills, organization, and ability to manage daily mise en place.
  • Fry: Must be able to handle high volume and remain consistent and organized.
  • Pantry: Experience with cold station, salads, and dessert plating; must have an eye for presentation and detail with

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable, professional, and punctual team members

3+ years of kitchen experience (high-volume or upscale preferred)

Ability to work clean, stay calm under pressure, and follow direction

Team-oriented attitude — no drama, just pride in your work
