Open Positions:
- Prep: Strong knife skills, organization, and ability to manage daily mise en place.
- Fry: Must be able to handle high volume and remain consistent and organized.
- Pantry: Experience with cold station, salads, and dessert plating; must have an eye for presentation and detail with
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable, professional, and punctual team members
3+ years of kitchen experience (high-volume or upscale preferred)
Ability to work clean, stay calm under pressure, and follow direction
Team-oriented attitude — no drama, just pride in your work
