Job Description
Tempura Matsui is a Michelin-starred tempura omakase restaurant in Marray Hill.
We are seeking an enthusiastic line cook to join our team. 1+ year of culinary experience in fine-dining and/or upscale dining is preferred but not required. We want someone who has the willingness to grow with the team, be hard-working and team-oriented. Interest in Japanese cuisine is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- ability to learn, understand, and execute menus
- open and close the line
- maintaining a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment
- ability to explain or answer all food preparation related questions
- assists team members if needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of culinary experience in restaurant
- demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills
- able to work in a team environment
- strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation
