• Work efficiently to ensure that prep work is completed in a timely manner.
• Prioritize tasks based on the kitchen's needs and service schedule.

• Previous experience in a fine dining or Michelin-rated kitchen preferred
• Strong knife skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to consistency
• Ability to perform under pressure in a high-intensity environment
• A passion for seasonal ingredients and refined techniques
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
