Debajo, a neighborhood Spanish restaurant in the MADE Hotel, is seeking an experienced and motivated Line Cook to join our back-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to presentation
- Support prep, service, and cleanup to ensure smooth daily operations
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain high standards
- Uphold all DOH safety and sanitation requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years’ line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
- Ability to stay focused and organized in a busy service
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
