Job Description
Overall Objective: Preparing and cooking food, plate dishes, complete basic food prepping tasks, safe food and knife handling, cleaning up prep areas, and making sure the kitchen is stocked. We’re looking for an experienced and dependable Line Cook to join our crew at Trivs! What You’ll Do: Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes, standards, and presentation expectations. Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail during service. Collaborate with chefs and fellow cooks to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Manage your station efficiently from prep to plating to breakdown. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. What We’re Looking For: Prior kitchen experience (preferred but not required for quick learners). Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to thrive under pressure. Punctuality, dependability, and team-first mentality. Passion for food, flavor, and the dining experience. Availability for evenings & weekends as needed.
